Life Is Art Dwntwn Arts Fair
On September 12-13, Life Is Art and our partners are bringing you a brand new festival, the Dwntwn Arts Fair! We have opportunities for businesses to join us as sponsors, artists to join us as exhibitors, and art lovers to join us as supporters.
A family-friendly street fest filled with art, music, crafts, and performances, the Dwntwn Arts Fair is truly a cultural showcase that everyone will enjoy. Brought to you by a team of grassroots organizations with strong ties throughout our local community, our goal is to foster the growth of all the different artistic elements that make up our cities culture. The fair is located on NE 3rd Avenue between NE 1st and 2nd Street. We are shutting down the whole block! This event takes place during DWNTWN Art Days.
Current partners include Buskerfest, Kondoit, YO Miami, Indiegals, Celebrate Diversity Miami and Elwoods Gastro Pub with the support of the Downtown Development Authority, Downtown Miami Partnership, and sponsored by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Miami Herald and Waste Management, with more to be announced soon.
You can become a part of this new festival! See below for opportunities for businesses, artists and individuals.
Businesses – Build Marketing and Community Relations!
A sponsorship of Dwntwn Arts Fair is an opportunity to build positive community relations and exposure by partnering with well-known and beloved grassroots organizations creating exciting new programs to benefit the residents as part of a much larger program. You receive coverage through all our partners and supporters. Onsite activation is also available. Packages are entirely customizable to fit your needs. The downtown community is powerful demographic and growing rapidly. The cost of the sponsorships is very reasonable, giving your business a perfect opportunity to reach out to the downtown residents.
Sponsorships start as low as $500. For more details and prices, please visit our webpage or contact James Echols. There are only a very limited number of sponsorships available. If you are ready to buy your sponsorship now, please do so at our Indiegogo Page and choose the Perk level that fits your needs: $500 Community Sponsor or the $750 Community Sponsor with Booth, or the big one, the $2000 NAME Sponsor.
Artists – Time to be Seen in Downtown!
Attention Artists, booths are selling fast! We rearranged to add more, but we still only have a few left. As always, we do our best to keep prices low for our artists. There are not too many opportunities for local artists to be exposed to this downtown audience. To get your booth now, visit our Indiegogo page and choose the $100 “Exhibiting Artist” or “More Exhibiting Artist Booth” option.
This is only available to artists located in South Florida. We encourage you to share the booth with one or more artists to make it more affordable. Each booth space is 10×10 and comes with a pavilion tent and electricity. You will need to bring all your own display materials, easels, tables, chairs, lights, etc. * Deadline to reserve is August 17 or when all the booths run out. For more information, visit our webpage.
Friends – Do Good & Get Cool Stuff!
Dear Friends, Fans and Art Lovers, you can be a part of the show, too! We need your support to continue our programming, but we have also cooked up some cool thank you gifts. We have enlisted the talented Aquarela Sabol to create a special piece of art for the event. From her work, we are making some exclusive merchandise just for our donors, including stickers, posters, t-shirts and even signed, limited edition prints.
This crowdfunding campaign will be the only place you will be able to get this exclusive merchandise. It will not be for sale at the event or anytime afterwards. You can also get a personal thank you on our website and social media. And, don’t forget about the big hug you get! Perks start at just $10 and go up to just $125, but you can donate any amount you want.
