More good news! The Broward New Times contacted Life Is Art to help them out getting together their Artopia event. We attended the Miami New Times Artopia last year and it was off the hook, so I would expect this one to be just as good.
In short, Artopia is an arts event, an extravaganza, as it were. The Broward New Times Artopia takes place at Exit 66 – www.exitsixtysix.com.
So, they are looking for the following types of Art:
Live Performance Art
Balloon Walkers (looks like a man walking around in a balloon)
Canvas painting to DJ
Theater Art
Film
There is no cost to apply or to participate. AND the Broward New Times is providing each participating artist/performer with some awesome promotion, just for being a part of the show. This is what you get:
