Premier recycled art exhibition to shed light on the importance of recycling in association with ArtCenter South Florida
â€œArt By Nature,â€ a premier recycled art exhibition we will be holding at The Falls, one of the largest open-air shopping, dining and entertainment complexes in the United States.
Artists are invited to submit sketches of proposed outdoor sculptures, figures and monuments created with recyclable materials such as aluminum, glass, plastic bottles and more.

The Falls, one of the largest open-air shopping, dining and entertainment complexes in the United States, and ArtCenter South Florida are inviting artists to participate in â€œArt by Nature,â€ a juried art exhibition that will offer a way for artists to showcase their artistic talents using only recycled materials. This significant effort will shed light on the green movement and the importance of recycling.
Artists will submit sketches of proposed sculptures, figures and monuments created with recyclable materials such as aluminum, glass, plastic bottles and more, to depict how recycling is one of the best ways to have a positive impact on the world. A selection committee will choose the artists who will display their art works made of only recycled materials, illustrating the significance of recycling. The submission deadline for artists is Fri., June 4.
â€œThe Falls, with its lush landscaped environment, is the perfect backdrop to showcase works of art that will inspire us all to do our part to save the planet,â€ said Dailen Rodriguez, director of mall marketing and business development at The Falls. â€œThis effort exemplifies our commitment to the Miami community and allows us to further advance our go-green initiatives.â€
The Fallsâ€™ â€œArt by Nature,â€ a premier recycled art exhibition, will be free and open to the public for viewing throughout the beautiful tropical landscape environment at The Falls from Thurs., Sept. 2 through Thurs., Sept. 30. A preview reception is planned for Thurs., Sept. 2, to benefit ArtCenter South Florida.
