Call details: The Office of Commissioner Juan C. Zapata is excited to announce the Second Annual West End Art Fair! Artists and craftsmen from all over Miami-Dade County are invited to participate in this year’s art fair which will be bigger and better than before. The tent will be provided to artists free of charge– only the internal setup by the artist is required.
