The Art on Palm Festival is a nice hometown festival that takes place in the heart of Hialeah.

Mayor Carlos Hernandez and the City Council invite artists to participate in the City’s 2014 Art on Palm Festival presented by Presidente Supermarket. The City is now accepting applications from Artists of all mediums for the festival scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd, 2014.
