CALL to ARTISTS
ARTISTS WHO LOVE TO COOK: artists, their inspiration and their cooking
Cooking is an exciting art form which brings the passion of the art of cooking to life.
The Center for Emerging Art is compiling the “ARTISTS WHO LOVE TO COOK” cookbook together, the art for the eye and for the palate, which will exemplify the many talents of an artists. The CEA promotes creativity as a means of personal transformation, as art and culture allow a better understanding of ourselves, and what better way to underdand our cultural heritage than through art and food.
SUBMIT:
a brief one paragraph resume
a paragraph about the recipe and what inspired you to cook (not more than 250 words)
a jpg image of original art (360 dpi jpg image of the artwork that inspired you to cook)
the recipe and a jpg image of the culinary masterpiec
a $35 administrative/handling fee
52 artists will be choosen to be included in the cookbook “ARTISTS WHO LOVE TO COOK: 52 artists who love to cook, their inspiration and their cooking” which will be published during 2011.
