Art Fest @ Doral Calling All Artists to Participate

You are invited to participate in Art Fest @ Doral, an international art festival highlighting the works of over 100 artists from around the world taking place from October 19-21, 2012 at Carlos Albizu University. Art Fest @ Doral features a unique showcase of paintings, sculpture, photography, mixed media, painting, digital art, printmaking & drawing, watercolor, and wood among others. The top three in each category will be awarded by our prestigious juried committee. The festival is attended by private art collectors, art dealers, members of consulates, art lovers and elected officials from surrounding communities. Deadline to apply is October 10. There is a $150 fee for artist participation.
Artists must provide three to four high res photos of their artwork to provide to the committee for review and to include in the festival catalog. The Art Fest @ Doral committee will decide whether the art will be accepted into the exhibition. Any artist’s artwork submissions not accepted will have their entry fee returned. Artwork must be an original to be included in the “gallery†section. Entry fee includes participation in the catalog. Artists can exhibit three to four pieces of art, depending how big they are. Artworks accepted include mixed media, painting, photography, digital art, printmaking & drawing, watercolor, clay work, glass, fiber, jewelry & metalwork, sculpture and wood. Art Fest @ Doral will take place at Carlos Albizu University, 2173 NW 99 Ave., Doral, FL 33172 from October 19-21, 2012. Art Fest @ Doral is presented by the Rotary Club of Doral, a nonprofit organization. Art Fest founders are Felipe E.
