Art Now Fair is a hotel based fair at The Catalina Hotel, 1732 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach
Application Deadline: May 31, 2011 – Please note we accept exhibitors on an ongoing basis, we suggest you apply before the deadline for best selection of rooms.

Application Fee: a non-refundable $50. USD application fee is required with your application. Only checks drawn on US banks are accepted. A $25. USD wire fee must be added to all wire transfers; please include gallery name to ensure proper credit.
A deposit of $500. USD must accompany the application fee; for a total of $550. USD ($575. for wire transfers). If you are not accepted into Art Now Fair, the $500. USD deposit will be returned. Application fee is non-refundable.
small room – approximately 140 Square Feet 4,200. US$
regular room – approximately 160 Square Feet 4,800. US$
large room – approximately 200 Square Feet 5,600. US$
Please Note: mandatory $250. bed removal fee in addition to room costs.
Accepted applicants will be notiï¬ed by October 24th in writing via US mail or email. Once accepted, full payment will be due net 14 days of invoice date. Waitlisted applicants will be added in the place of applicants who fail to make full payment by the due date. An exhibitor who fails to pay in full by the agreed upon due date will lose his/her right to exhibit and forfeits all payments previously made to Art Now Fair, including by not limited to the $500. deposit.
