February is Full of Life Is Art!
Dear Life Is Art Friends,
We told you we were ramping this up this year! First, a quick look back at the beginning of 2014. January was quite busy for Life Is Art and February is shaping up to be just as busy! To recap January, we started off on quick on January 5th by participating in the YOMiami Average Joe Art Sale. They were kind enough to donate a portion of the proceeds to Life Is Art and it was also Annette’s Birthday! On January 14th, we restarted and renamed our Creative Connections seminar series as Art/Work Connections. Patrick Barbanes gave a very informative talk on how to convert your social media followers to email subscribers. For those who missed it or need a refresher, you can find a summary on Patrick’s website. On January 20th, we presented the Art 4: Good Show at the Unite 4: Good concert with Flo Rida, featuring four excellent South Florida Artists, Eleazar Delgado, MANO, Nathan Delinois, and Trek Six. That was followed immediately on January 21st with the Open Planning Meeting. Thirty-Five people attended to show their support and get involved with Life Is Art!
