Life Is Art is excited to team up with Dita Devi to bring you an expanded and enhanced Shaktiville! Founded by Dita Devi, Shaktiville, literally meaning the home of female divine energy, is a regular pop-up show hosting a wide variety of homegrown artistic expression. The Return of Shaktiville is on Tuesdays, September 3rd, 10th, and 24th at the MUCE Campus in Little Haiti..
The shows include music, visual arts, poetry, dance, and performance, all with the dual visions of building connectedness and empowering the artists. Each evening includes a mixture of planned programming sprinkled with curated open mics.
People from across the geographic and demographic spectrum are all welcome! Special activities and incentives will be included to encourage attendees to connect with new people.
