Need help formatting your images for online applications? Join Legal Art and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs for a Digital Image Formatting Clinic!
LegalArt and Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs are teaming up to give artists a Digital Image Fomatting Clinic. If you are planning to apply for upcoming Calls to Artists or the 2011 South Florida Cultural Consortium Fellowship for Visual and Media Artists, but need assistance with getting your images in the appropriate file format and size, this is the clinic for you. LegalArt Artist in Residence, Jiae Hwang, will help artists properly format images for online applications. Artists who register for the workshop will each get 10 of their images properly formatted.
Artists must bring their 10 images in a digital format: flash drive, CD, DVD, laptop, or on a digital camera (if on a digital camera you must bring your own USB cable). We will not be taking photos of work or converting work from paper format.
Space is limited. Register now to reserve a time slot and have the comfort of knowing that your images will be properly formatted for submission.
Available time slots are 3:00-3:30pm, 4:00-4:30pm and 4:30-5:00pm. For those in the later time slot, please be aware that you have to be in the Government Center building by 4:45 pm. Please indicate which time slot you prefer in the message section of the Registration Form. There are only 10 spaces per time slot so Register now!
