Art Classes for Children, Teens, and Adults in November
The Art and Culture Center of Hollywood will be offering a Drawing with Yarn Like Kandinsky Workshop for children ages 4-6, a Cosmic Cartooning Workshop for teens ages 12-16, and Drop-In Figure Drawing for adults during the next two weeks.

Drawing with Yarn Like Kandinsky Workshop
Ages 4 – 6
Sat., Nov. 14, 2009, 10 – 11:30 am
This workshop explores the work of the early 1900s when Kandinsky was called the world’s first completely abstract artist. By using yarn and watercolor to interpret his work, students will create a piece of art inspired by the famous artist.
For teens:
Cosmic Cartooning Workshop
Ages 12 – 16
Sat., Nov. 21, 2009, 10 am – 12:30 pm
Students will enjoy an “out of this world†journey through cartooning and imaginative drawing at this fun workshop.
For adults:
Drop-In Figure Drawing
Monthly classes
Next class this Thurs., Nov. 12, 2009, 7 – 9 pm
Drop-in on these monthly figure drawing classes held on the second Thursday during the months of November – March. Use any medium and work from a nude model.
