Greetings Art Peoples!
This is going be a big update; we have a LOT coming up.
First, thanks to everyone who came out to the seminar on Tuesday. We had a full house and had to even pull up a few stools because we ran out of chairs! I hope everyone learned a lot, met some great people, and had fun. Photos are posted here.
We are going to try to post the video of the seminar, for anyone who missed it. We will keep you updated on that. As always, if you enjoyed the event, we ask that you please leave a comment on our testimonial page: lifeisartfest.org/testimonials

April 30:
Boca Center Art Fair. This has just been confirmed. The Boca Center in Boca Raton has invited us to create an art fair in their courtyard. They will be supporting it via their full marketing plan. This will be open call and there will be a small booth fee. The call will go out next week, so keep an eye out. We plan to have art, fashion and music, and make a very nice show.
May 7:
River Of Art showcase at Surfcomber Collins Bar in South Beach. More details to follow.
May 25:
River Of Art / Mai Art showcase at Mai Tardi in they Design District. More details to follow.
June 18:
We attentively have this set as a big fundraiser in the gorgeous Surfcomber hotel pool area. Art, music, fashion, performance, sponsored bar, sponsored bites, all to raise money for Life Is Art so we can put on larger and better shows.
We do plan to have a Creative Connections seminar once a month. We have presenters ready to go, we just need to confirm the future dates and locations.
We also have other events in the works between now and June, but they are still up in the air. As soon as we confirm everything, we will let you know.
Please note, for all of these events, the open calls for artists will go out at the appropriate times. Please wait for the calls to submit work. We are really working very hard to create as many opportunities as we can for artists to show their work. We appreciate your patience and understanding when we cannot fit everyone into every show.
Please be sure to join us on February 23rd at Bar 721 for our River of Art showcase and networker. More information.
Sincerely,
James Echols
