Call details: Artscape: A Fundraiser For The National LGBTQ Task Force During Winter Party Festival In Miami Beach March 4-9, 2015.
Eligibility: Professional and amateur artists, crafts people, designers and photographers, are invited to submit entries for this exhibition. All entries must be of original design and personal execution. The National LGBTQ Task Force will not be responsible for any copyright or other infringement.
Work Media & Size: Any 2-D media, all visual disciplines: painting, drawing, prints, craft, photography, sculpture or video. We are ideally looking for pieces no taller or wider than 4’ – Larger pieces will need to be delivered to the venue.

Entry Requirement: Email a photograph of the art submission, along with submission form by Friday, January 16, 2015.
Notification to artist: Selected artists will be notified by January 26, 2015 (space is limited so please apply early).
Publicity: Once accepted all artists must list event on their website and promote to their lists.
Delivery: Accepted works must arrive by February 12, 2015.Deliver or ship the work to The National LGBTQ Task Force, 801 Arthur Godfrey Rd Suite 402, Miami Beach, FL 33140.
Artists are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. Each accepted entry must be installation- ready, with appropriate hanging hardware and installation instructions, and clearly labeled with artist’s name and title of the work. The National LGBTQ Task Force retains the right to eliminate pieces from the exhibition at any time, at their discretion.
Exhibit: Fundraiser takes place at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden on Thursday, March 5, 2015, 7-11pm and will include a Silent Auction and entertainment; tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door. If your artwork is selected for the auction you will receive free entrance for you and a guest.
Photography: The National LGBTQ Task Force may photograph the work and use images of submitted artwork to publicize and promote the exhibition, please include proper credits for each artwork.
Unsold Work: Please specify if you would like any artwork unsold during the auction returned or donated. If you would like it returned you will be contacted after the event to arrange pick-up or shipment. The National LGBTQ Task Force is not responsible for any damage to artwork while in their possession.
